Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites McDonough by IHG

This was a wonderful room that had a sofa and ottoman. I liked the set up, the great way the soaps were on the wall in the shower and the hand soap on the wall by the sink. The set up of the room was very user friendly and this room had been newly remodeled so kudos to the designer. The staffwas very friendly and the breakfast was the best I have ever encountered in my travels. I give it 5 stars!

Jaden who was at the desk was helpful, pleasant, asked if I needed any suggestions for dinner. A couple in front of me had a problem with their reservation not showing up and he handled it with grace and concern and made sure that they had a place to stay.

Very clean and well appointed. The customer service associate who assisted me at check-in was exceptional. His name is Jaden and he should be recognized for the professional representation he affords your establishment.

Remodeling since our last stay, very comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower

staff was super friendly and helpful,we needed extra room for kids couple days later and they were super helpful we got additional room right next door .
